As we navigate these unprecedented times of worldwide pandemic and racial divide in our country, the work of aGLIFF seems more important than ever. We are seeking creative and dynamic individuals who can contribute their knowledge and expertise to join our Board of Directors. 

We are currently in a critical stage of board development. We are looking to grow our expertise in several areas of specialty including: Tech, Social & Digital Marketing, Fundraising & Development, Sponsorship Sales, Financial, Legal/Law, LGBTQ+ Healthcare and other Social Services. Ideal candidates will be passionate about LGBTQ+ film, have prior experience serving on a board, and be well connected in the Austin business and social sectors.

Our volunteer board meets monthly as well as committing significant time in the month leading up to the festival each year. Board members are expected to either contribute or help raise $2,000 or more in donations annually. Board terms are three years in length.
